One thing is certain

and I am sure of it

that life is

 full

of uncertainties

if you are breathing

then you have learned 

this as well

change is inevitable

it happens effortlessly

like slipping in the rain

or spilling popcorn

it could be  painful 

or maybe  wonderful

either way

it is coming 

as sure as 

sand in your shoes

after a beach holiday

you can't run from it

it follows like a puppy

watch out 

don't step on the poop

and don't worry

you will

but the sweet thing is

when it licks

 you on the 

face

you can't 

help

but smile.
